The Dreadnoughts to kanadyjski zespół celtic punk rockowy, założony w 2006 roku w Vancouver. Początkowo The Dreadnoughts prezentowało melodyjne połączenie szant z muzyką punk rockową, ale z biegiem czasu w nagraniach formacji pojawiało się dużo naleciałości z krajów takich jak Ukraina, Polska, Rosja czy Niemcy a grupa często sięgała po melodie ze znanych oberków, polek czy kujawiaków. Zespół wielokrotnie koncertował w Polsce, odbywając w 2010 i 2011 roku trasy koncertowe po wielu dużych i mniejszych miastach w kraju. Wstawka zawiera drugi album studyjny zespołu.

Sari Ska Band to polski zespół powstały w 2004 roku z inicjatywy Sylwestra 'Sylwa' Wrzesińskiego (wcześniej Skampararas) i Krzysztofa 'Hatiego' Pawlaka, swoją nazwą nawiązujący do miejsca założenia bandu, łac. „Sari” - Żory. Ich muzyka to mieszanka takich stylów jak ska, reggae, early reggae i rocksteady. Liczba osób w składzie decydujących o brzmieniu, tłumaczy określenie „band” w nazwie zespołu, który bez przesady można by nazwać także ska orkiestrą. W kompozycjach grupy dominują skoczne, motoryczne kompozycje nawiązujące do stylistyki legendarnej wytwórni Two Tone. Nie brak jednakże momentów bardziej nastrojowych, w których zespół zbliża się do miękkiego brzmienia rocksteady nie odmawiając sobie wycieczek w stronę reggae i swingu. Wstawka zawiera piąty album studyjny zespołu.

Zespół założony w Warszawie w 1991 roku przez perkusistę Macieja Tarkowskiego, basistę Andrzeja Stołeckiego i gitarzystę Krzysztofa Garbalińskiego. Motywacją była chęć odcięcia się od własnych korzeni muzycznych i próba skomponowania materiału w sposób spontaniczny i eksperymentalny. Wyszła z tego muzyka rockowa w bardziej spokojnym i klimatycznym, na poły akustycznym wydaniu. Należy zaznaczyć iż w zespole tym śpiewała Kasia Kowalska, zanim wystartowała z solową karierą dwa lata później. Pod koniec marca 1992 roku zespół dysponował taśmą demo, którą dostarczył do wszystkich znaczących wytwórni fonograficznych w Warszawie. Propozycję wydania płyty złożyły kapeli Polskie Nagrania. Muzycy podpisali kontrakt w kwietniu, a w czerwcu 1992 roku w sprzedaży pojawiła się jedyna płyta formacji pt. "Talking Pictures".
