Po dobrze przyjętym debiutanckim albumie pt. "Pompy" (Fonoradar, 2020), Rozwód powraca jako elektroakustyczne trio z materiałem będącym owocem sonicznych podróży w poszukiwaniu metali szlachetnych oraz blach falistych.

Gold to ruchoma struktura dźwiękowa - jej paliwem są surowce nieprzenikalne. To wiemy na pewno. Do reszty trzeba się dokopać samodzielnie. Miejcie radość z odbioru i wspierajcie nas, dzięki!



After the well-received debut album "Pompy", Rozwód (Divorce) is back as an electro-acoustic trio with a new record called "Gold", a result of their sonic journey in the search of noble metals and corrugated sheets.

"Gold" is a complex movable sound structure fueled by impenetrable raw materials from outer space. This we know for sure. Dig in deeper to find out more for yourself. Sit back and enjoy!




Słowo „rozwód” nie kojarzy się dobrze, określa rozpad związku małżeńskiego. Tyle skojarzeń, bowiem jak donosi wytwórnia Fonoradar, to też nazwa grupy muzycznej. Swoją drogą podziwiam fantazję, iż wybrali taki właśnie szyld. By jednak oddalić od siebie owe przykre skojarzenia, sama muzyka broni się znakomicie.

To raptem niecałe 40 minut pokręconych dźwięków, tyle jednak wystarczy by nasycić się nią do woli. Trio w którego skład wchodzą: Damian Kowalski, Cezary Rosiński oraz Szymon Szwarc na albumie „Gold”, stworzyło trudną do zdefiniowania mieszankę. Ich muzyka wiele czerpie ze szkoły określanej jako post techno. Kiedy sama techniczna muzyka taneczna poczęła się zużywać, co niektórzy artyści zaczęli szukać dróg poza nią. Chociaż wyrastali z elektroniki, która eksplodowała w zenicie technicznej gorączki, produkcja tanecznej sieczki już nie wystarczała. I tak Rozwód mówiąc w skrócie czerpie właśnie z takich „odszczepieńców” sceny techno jak chociażby Finowie z Pan Sonic, którzy poczęli eksploatować połacie noise elektroniki. Tuż obok Niemcy z Mouse On Mars, łączyli elektroniczne eksperymenty z post rockiem.

Muzyka jaką gra Rozwód, to próba scalenia kilku gatunków w jeden komunikatywny ciąg. Odpryski dubu mieszają się z postindustrialnym brudem. Elementy glitch elektroniki, która opierała się na pomyłkach cyfrowego oprogramowania miesza się z elektroakustyką. Gdzieś w tle majaczą się jeszcze echa postrocka i psychodelii. Ten estetyczny tygiel w rzeczy samej wynika też z instrumentarium, jakie Rozwód wykorzystał na płycie „Gold”. Preparowane bębny, pady, syntezatory i gitara, czasem można odnieść wrażenie iż w tych niecałych 40 minutach, trio kompresuje wszelakie nurty muzyki współczesnej. Powstała istna post modernistyczna hybryda dźwięków, która na miarę tempa epoki informacji stara się ukazać jej bogactwo i wszelakie odcienie. Przy tym brzmi komunikatywnie nie popadając w skrajne przeciążenie i chaos.

Wydawca stwierdził, że „Gold” Rozwodu to „płyta roku”. Jednak odkąd niemal 30 lat temu Zic Zac próbował sprzedać zespół Wniebowzięci jako polską Nirvanę, nie ufam wydawcom.

Artyści raczej nie lubią, gdy się ich z kimś porównuje. Jakiś czas temu muzyk z zespołu czerpiącego wiadrami z klasyki nurtu post-punk poważnie się obruszył, gdy ktoś (nie ja) nazwał jego zespół „postpunkowym”. Dobrze chociaż, że recenzent nie wspomniał, iż wokalista sepleni niczym śp. Grzegorz Ciechowski.

Co ja poradzę, gdy zazwyczaj wszystko mi się z czymś kojarzy. Rozwód też, ale o tym za chwilę.

Wchodzimy na bandcamp zespolu i widzimy, że muzyka z „Gold” została otagowana w następujący sposób:

Nie wiem, skąd ten postpunk; ja bym tu dorzucił raczej doomjazz (chwilami, bo chwilami, ale pojawia się taki klimat na „Gold”). Oczywiście takie tagi mogą mówić wszystko i nic, ale myślę, że – poza postpunkiem – dobrze opisują drugą płytę Rozwodu. Płytę, o której... nie bardzo wiem, co pisać.

Chyba jeszcze tak nie miałem, żeby nie umieć sklecić pięciu zdań na temat albumu tak bogatego brzmieniowo, odwołującego się do kilku stylistyk, pełnego fantastycznych pomysłów, przywołującego na myśl cenionych wykonawców i – last but not least – najzwyczajniej świetnego, dużymi fragmentami porywającego. Dawno też nie miałem do czynienia z płytą, która przy jednym odsłuchu wydawała mi się niesamowicie fascynująca, a przy kolejnym przelatywała przeze mnie, nie zostawiając śladu. W końcu jednak za każdym razem te 38 minut i 27 sekund z „Gold” zaczęły sprawiać mi przyjemność.

Nową płytę Rozwodu idealnie się przyswaja na słuchawkach. Wtedy łatwiej (przynajmniej mnie) usłyszeć owe fantastyczne pomysły Damiana Kowalskiego, Czarka Rosińskiego i Szymona Szwarca. Jak choćby pojawiające się nagle to lekko nerwowe brzdąkanie na gitarze w kojarzącym się z Lotto (z tymi skojarzeniami chodziło właśnie o to genialne trio, o którym Rozwód przypomina mi w swych najlepszych momentach) – i może trochę Pan Sonic (mnie się ostatnio wszystko, co ma cokolwiek wspólnego z cięższą elektroniką, kojarzy z tymi Finami) – kapitalnym „Hantel V2”. Niby trochę od czapy, a jest idealnie. Albo kontrolowany chaos utworu „Diesel”, w którym trio zdaje się wcielać w rolę młodszych kolegów Mouse on Mars, jednocześnie trochę oddając im hołd, trochę ich przedrzeźniając. Gdy leci tytułowy „Gold”, myślę o kasetach wydawanych przez Pawlacz Perski. Albo arcydzielne „E” – wpierw postrockowo-doomjazzowe, w pewnej chwilami zamieniające się w ponury dub techno/industrial.

Koniec pisania. Tego trzeba posłuchać, i tyle. W życiu bym nie pomyślał, że słowo „rozwód” może się dobrze kojarzyć.

Renesans polskiej muzyki ekstremalnej spod znaku diabła nie wymaga specjalnych starań by zostać zauważonym. Szczególnie w roku bieżącym. Nie przypominam sobie kiedy ostatnio rodzimy black metal obrodził tak bogato i gęsto. Raczej nie byłoby większym problemem przygotowanie tegorocznej listy TOP10 czerniny korzystając tylko z polskich tytułów. Na tle takiego towarzystwa Angrrsth prezentuje się bardzo obiecująco. A to nielichy komplement.

Debiutancka EP-ka toruńskiego zespołu o jakże chwytliwej nazwie to pięć kompozycji (choć layout CD-ka ostatniego z nich nie wymienia, nie uświadczycie go także na bandcampie) pełnych niestandardowego i pomysłowego podejścia do black i death metalu. Wersje fizyczne dostępne są dzięki nieocenionemu Godz Ov War Productions.

Główną cechą Znikąd jest różnorodność. Minialbum jest bardzo zróżnicowany. Każdy utwór zawiera w sobie inne pomysły na riffy i kompozycje. Ba, niekiedy te pomysły wydają się pasować do siebie jak pięść do nosa. Przez pierwsze odsłuchy miałem takie wrażenie głównie podczas pierwszej połowy krążka. Rozłóżmy na kawałki taki Krew I Trans. Czego tu nie znajdziecie! Mroczne i nastrojowe intro, blastbeaty, zimny majestat, melodyjność i sporo harmonii przeplatają się z punkowymi zagrywkami, wcale tanecznymi i przebojowymi. Dodano tu nawet coś zahaczającego o beatdown hardcore. Wiązanie tego jawi się co najmniej karkołomnie, ale Angrrsth jakimś cudem trzyma to w kupie. Co ważne, dzięki świetnym i chwytliwym melodiom numer ma swój urok już podczas pierwszego odsłuchu. Z każdym kolejnym tylko nabiera rumieńców.

Pozostałe strzały są już wymiernie mniej zwariowane. Nie znaczy to, że nie ma tu twórczych szaleństw i godzenia wody z ogniem, niemniej wydaje mi się to już łatwiej przyswajalne. Przy czym nie można zapomnieć o tym, że każdy kolejny kawałek ma inny styl. Jeden z nich wniesie na ring lodowaty, jadowity black, kolejny instrumentalnie i wokalnie krąży wokół hardcore’u, jeszcze inny zaserwuje melancholijną, quasi-folkową balladę przywodzącą na myśl dziwactwa Furii. Ukryty Nad Głową Sznur natomiast przyniesie więcej smutnego punka przy którym jednocześnie zapłaczesz i zatańczysz.

Szczerze przyznam, że cholernie podoba mi się ten kompozycyjny miszmasz. Pojawiające się znikąd Znikąd jest płytą zaskakującą, niespotykaną i bardzo oryginalną. Potrafi grać na emocjach oraz skutecznie zapada w pamięć. Angrrsth zaczyna od wysokiego C, a ja na pewno będę ich obserwował i wyczekiwał kolejnych wydawnictw.

Azaliż ile to razy ekstaza przeleje się przez moje małżowiny… Euforia… Ekstaza… Wzbogacona wersja, właśnie czego? Apodyktyczny zespół burzący mój świat, moje życie!

Głupi ludzik! Mamy Death… Mamy Black… Dziwaczny podmiot i orzeczenie… Jak ten świat… Chociaż dla mnie, według mnie to bardziej śmierci muzyka… Tej nieuchronnej, niepojętej, a jakże ulotnej… Będącej odzwierciedleniem skundlonej duszy… Opętanej poniekąd przez czarnuchę! Mój rozum uleciał gdzieś tam pod samą granicę ludzkich uczuć… Chociaż jest to mi obce…

… Nie powiem, że ichnia muzyka mnie przeraża… Jest odzwierciedleniem moich smutków, poniekąd wynaturzeń. wulgaryzmów… Poniekąd czuję SWEET NOISE… Żyje, a jednak umarłem…

… I pozostanie dzień, kiedy poznałem ową muzę… Wykurwioną po zabój! Swojską, ale jak inną… Opętańczą… Bluźnierczą… SIARKA I KWAS… Oddam duszencję, temu kto zrozumie ich wizerunek nie tylko merytoryczny!

Ezotoryka się kłania… Zbluzgana, zakłamana, wylewająca wszystkie nieczystości… A jednak jak przepiękną w swojej formie, wymowie…. Obrazoburcze oblicze dziś poznaje i jest mi z tym dobrze. Wiekopomne dzieło zniszczenia, urągające wszystkiemu…

… Szkoda, że nie poznałem Ich długo wcześniej. Wymiatają i to zarąbiście! Przejebiaszcza muza, która pozostanie ze mną po sam kres… Kres, który nadchodzi. Nieunikniony. Czynią rozpierduchę swymi tekstami… A tak się wzbraniałem przed nimi, a teraz przeżywam euforie… Stan którego nie mogę opisać!…

… Zaprzedałem coś Diabłu, ale nie żałuję… Ichni przekaz każę mi pozamiatać cząstki mego ciała! Na swój sposób mają taką dziwną namiastkę pogaństwa, obrazoburczej twórczości… Niepojętej, niedoścignionej, ulotnej a zarazem swojskiej.

Kurwa, jak oni pomiatają, przecież nic specyficznego nie oferują, ale jadą po podświadomości… Dla takich kapel warto tracić słuch i nie tylko! Iść się zabić to prostota w swoim wykonaniu, oni rozpierdalają… Czuję QUO VADIS, ale to inna branża, liga.

A chciałbym poczuć nocy sen. Jestem skurwiony, nieobliczalny, tak jak ich muza. Wygeneruję ostatnie środki dla Ciebie Skarbie. Liryki powalają, wręcz zabijają, a nie chciałbym zejść z tego łez padołu zapomniany… CHUJ CI DO TEGO!
