Ewa Demarczyk (ur. 16 stycznia 1941 w Krakowie – polska piosenkarka, wykonująca utwory z nurtu poezji śpiewanej, w latach 1962–1972 związana z kabaretem „Piwnica pod Baranami”.

Jest uznawana za jedną z najbardziej utalentowanych i charyzmatycznych postaci polskiej sceny muzycznej. Ceniona jest za ekspresję, jaka charakteryzuje śpiewane przez nią teksty, niebywałą osobowość estradową oraz wybitne zdolności interpretacyjne. Wielokrotnie nagradzana za swoje wykonania. Występowała z powodzeniem na całym świecie, m.in. w Austrii, Niemczech, Francji, Szwecji, Wielkiej Brytanii, USA, Kubie, Brazylii, a gościły ją tak prestiżowe estrady jak Olympia czy Carnegie Hall. Ostatni koncert Ewa Demarczyk dała 8 listopada 1999 w Teatrze Wielkim im. Stanisława Moniuszki w Poznaniu.
Ewa Demarczyk ukończyła krakowską Średnią Szkołę Muzyczną w klasie fortepianu. Karierę rozpoczęła w 1961 roku w studenckim kabarecie Akademii Medycznej w Krakowie o nazwie „Cyrulik”, skąd rok później przeszła do kabaretu „Piwnica pod Baranami”. Tam nawiązała współpracę z kompozytorem Zygmuntem Koniecznym.

W 1963 roku wystąpiła na I Krajowym Festiwalu Piosenki Polskiej w Opolu, gdzie wykonała piosenkę Karuzela z madonnami (sł. Miron Białoszewski), Czarne anioły (sł. Wiesław Dymny) i Taki pejzaż (sł. Andrzej Szmidt). Za swój występ otrzymała nagrodę festiwalu, wzbudzając entuzjazm krytyki i publiczności. Tego samego roku wydany został jej pierwszy singel, zawierający trzy piosenki, którymi triumfowała na festiwalu opolskim. W 1964 roku na Międzynarodowym Festiwalu Piosenki w Sopocie zdobyła drugą nagrodę za „Grande Valse Brillante” (sł. Julian Tuwim). Występowała także za granicą, m.in. w paryskiej Olympii, dokąd zaprosił ją sam właściciel obiektu, Bruno Coquatrix, oraz w Genewie, z okazji XX-lecia istnienia ONZ.
W 1966 roku ukończyła Państwową Wyższą Szkołę Teatralną w Krakowie. Wtedy też nawiązała współpracę z kompozytorem Andrzejem Zaryckim. Rok później, nakładem Polskich Nagrań, ukazał się longplay zatytułowany Ewa Demarczyk śpiewa piosenki Zygmunta Koniecznego. Znalazły się na nim utwory skomponowane przez Koniecznego do tekstów takich poetów jak Miron Białoszewski, Bolesław Leśmian czy Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, w tym znane już „Karuzela z madonnami” oraz „Grande Valse Brillante”. Album okazał się ogromnym sukcesem, sprzedając się w nakładzie przekraczającym liczbę 100 000 sztuk. W drugiej połowie lat 60. udzieliła się wokalnie w dwóch filmach: psychologicznym obrazie Bariera Jerzego Skolimowskiego i produkcji Zbyszek Jana Laskowskiego, poświęconej tragicznie zmarłemu Zbigniewowi Cybulskiemu. W 1970 roku powstał film muzyczny pt. Ewa Demarczyk, nakręcony przez Laskowskiego, będący półgodzinną rejestracją recitalu artystki.

Po dziesięciu latach, w 1972 roku artystka zaprzestała występów w Piwnicy pod Baranami. Jej druga płyta, wydana w 1974 roku o tytule Ewa Demarczyk, zawierała m.in. słynny utwór „Rebeka” oraz rosyjskojęzyczne wersje wybranych przebojów. W 1979 roku na kolejnym festiwalu opolskim otrzymała nagrodę specjalną dziennikarzy. W grudniu tego samego roku dała serię recitali w Teatrze Żydowskim w Warszawie. Występy te zostały zarejestrowane i trzy lata później wydane przez firmę Wifon na koncertowym albumie Live.

W roku 1986 rozpoczął działalność Państwowy Teatr Muzyki i Poezji – Teatr Ewy Demarczyk. Choć wystawiane w nim spektakle cieszyły się dużą popularnością, z przyczyn formalnych został w 2000 po 14 latach działalności zamknięty. W latach 90. i na początku XXI wieku ukazywały się reedycje kompaktowe albumów piosenkarki. Od 2000 roku działa stowarzyszenie o nazwie Teatr Ewy Demarczyk. W 2010 roku otrzymała Fryderyka za całokształt twórczości.

Po roku 2000 zaprzestała występów na scenie i całkowicie wycofała się z życia publicznego.
