Pierwsza płyta Dekretu powstałego w Kielcach w 1982 roku, wydana na kasecie w 92 roku, tym razem na CD i na dwóch kolorach winylu. Szybki, melodyjny punk rock okraszony saxofonem.

Jedna z kapel punkowego boomu lat 80. ub stulecia znana m.in. z festiwali w Jarocinie. Początkowo grała prostego punk rocka, z czasem w muzyce zespołu zaczęły się pojawiać elementy hardcore.

Pod koniec 1988 r. Dekret grał koncerty w Budapeszcie z ówczesną czołówką węgierskich zespołów undergroundowych. W 1990 roku zdobył nagrodę w plebiscycie radiowej „Trójki”, zajmując pierwsze miejsce na Liście Przebojów Muzyki Alternatywnej, a przełomie 1991-92 w warszawskim CCS Studio Waltera Chełstowskiego zarejestrowany został materiał „Ludzkie cienie”, który ukazał się w czerwcu 1992 r. Na saksofonie, gościnnie zagrał Włodzimierz Kinior Kiniorski.

Debiutancka płyta zespołu z Olsztyna stworzonego przez ekipa dobrze znana na scenie za sprawą ich poprzednich projektów, czyli m.in. Edelweiss Piraten, El Banda, Produkt i Utopia. Wirus przez wielu widziany jest jako kontynuacja Utopii, z racji prawie w 100% identycznego składu i kobiecego wokalu Marty. Muzycznie to także ta sama ścieżka gdzieś pomiędzy melodyjnym europejskim punkrockiem, a bardziej motorycznym i jazgotliwym amerykańskim gitarowym hardcore.



Wirus to grupa przyjaciół, która upodobała sobie spędzanie czasu w ciasnej, lecz "porządnej" sali prób w Olsztynie. To co sprawia nam przyjemność, zawarte jest w melodyjnych, ale nie słodkich partiach gitar, równych i mocnych bębnach, a co najważniejsze w tekstach, które opisują naszą teraźniejszość, odnoszą się do naszych spostrzeżeń i ukazują nasze wątpliwości, co do rzeczywistości, w jakiej funkcjonujemy każdego dnia.
Można rzec- nasz Punk to folklor, jakiego trudno doszukać się na muzycznej scenie krajowej.

Chcielibyśmy być La Fraction i Leatherface, może trochę amerykańscy ???? a jesteśmy Wirus, czyli Marta, Jarek, Elvis, Krzysiek i Kret.

Psychoza to wirusowy debiut. Dziesięć utworów nagraliśmy wiosną 2021 roku w Warszawie. Wierzymy, że muzyka jaką Wam dajemy jest mimo wszystko świeża, co ważne szczera, a teksty pozostawiają pola do rozmyślań czy faktycznie konsumpcjonizm i konformizm to droga, którą powinniśmy podążać.
